I had breast augmentation surgery w/ Dr. Douglas Senderoff yesterday! My entire experience, from the free consult to the day of surgery,  kept me well informed! Dr Senderoff called me today to see how I was feeling & reiterate the guidelines I needed for my recovery. I never had a doctor  personally call, it’s usually an assistant! The take-home letter had all the info I would need & 3 emergency #’s as well! He can be reached 24/7 & that gave me peace of mind! He’s compassionate & caring about his patients comfort & well-being! He also selected his staff to be an extension of himself! They’re always polite, knowledgeable, friendly & available!! No hold time, as many patients are aware, can turn into something annoying. He  also has nurses on staff who answered any of my pre-op & post-op questions promptly! His office  is immaculate & has a spacious waiting area. Dr.Senderoff also has an on-site surgery suite which is  very convenient! I was treated like a person, not just another surgery! I would definitely recommend Dr. Senderoff & regard his expertise & perfectionism to be valued highly! This guy is the best plastic surgeon in NYC without being fluffy about it. You wont get any BS from him. Hes a straight shooter that wont try to sell you and only be honest and upfront.
